This wine entices from the glass with its pale rose-petal pink hue. A blend of two Napa Valley vineyards, our rose is crafted using the Saignee method with limited skin contact. It was fermented in a mix of concrete eggs, stainless steel and neutral oak barrels. We refrained from any malolactic fermentation to preserve the fruit’s natural acidity. The resulting wine is bright and lively with wild strawberry notes framed by floral undertones all leading to a refreshing, bone-dry finish.
